Happy Monday, friends! I’m about to hit the ground running on a number of different things for the week…
As I mentioned before, I’m trying to use the Daily Docket from Simple Mom to organize my life. What I’ve discovered is that I’m more of a weekly planner. So this week I’m going to make my own weekly sheet of things to do. I’ll divide it into the main categories of my life and set some weekly goals. I think I’ll still use the Daily Docket, but I believe having the overview for the week will be super helpful!
Our package of Sonlight books came in the mail, and we are already anticipating the start of the new school year. It’s almost beyond what my sweet girls can bear to have a stack of great books that they aren’t allowed to read yet! I still need to get our books for phonics and math, but we are well on our way to preparing for the coming year.
A few days ago, I finally got the Thesis theme for my blog. It was so fun to switch over…I’ve been waiting for that day for a long time! I’m happy to announce that I also got a Designers Option, so I can offer the Thesis theme to my clients at a reduced price. For more info, visit my design site!
Today I’m posting at Gather Inspirit, talking about true success in blogging. I hope you will join me there.

Hey Erin. I’m more of a weekly planner too. But sadly I need to be told what to do… I don’t do well left to my own devices. I use Motivated Moms and it’s great. Each page has a the entire week listed out on it. Everyday with different little jobs/chores. I split some of the daily tasks up amoung my kids. It has really helped me a lot. Here’s the site if you want to check it out. http://www.motivatedmoms.com I’m so excited that your books came in. I pray y’all have a great school year together.
